Our business is helping Contractors:
Homeowners expect their contractor to deliver the house of their dreams. State of the art heating systems may be fossil fueled, geothermal, or solar sourced for energy. They can have radiant floors or radiators for delivery. Most all have multiple computers controlling them.
This is not your grandfather’s heating system. These systems are complex, and advanced planning is required if they are to be constructed efficiently. Modern heating system construction starts with the foundation pour and is not completed until the system is commissioned just before owner occupancy. Once the pipes, wiring, and equipment are buried under concrete, behind drywall, or under flooring, it is expensive and difficult to repair.
Energy Application Associates can support the builder throughout the project. Complete equipment modules are delivered to the house for easy installation by the on-site trades, while the overall responsibility for construction of the heating system remains with EAA.
